Welcome to StampInk. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. ABOUT US
This website is operated by StampInk, based in Los Angeles, California. "We," "us," and "our" refer to StampInk. "You" refers to the person visiting or buying from our site.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
- By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as credit and debit cards, PayPal, and others available at the time.
- Your payment is charged when you place the order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, a product that is out of stock, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order that was already paid, you will receive a full refund.

3. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Product availability may change at any time. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

4. CUSTOM ORDERS AND YOUR DESIGNS
If you request a custom product, you agree that:
- You own the design, image, logo, or text you send us, or you have permission to use it.
- You will not send content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights. This includes licensed characters, brands, sports teams, and celebrity images unless you have written permission.
- We may refuse any design that is offensive, hateful, illegal, or that we cannot produce with good quality.
- You are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, and image quality before approving your order. We are not responsible for errors in the content you approve.
- You are responsible for any claim that arises from the content you provide, and you agree to hold StampInk harmless from such claims.
- We may show photos of finished products on our website and social media unless you ask us not to.

5. PRODUCT COLORS AND PRINT RESULTS
Colors may look slightly different from what you see on a screen, because of screen settings, printing methods, and product materials. Small differences in color, size, or placement are normal and are not defects.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carriers, weather, or high demand. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's service.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please see our Refund Policy for details. In general, because our products are made to order, all sales are final except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

8. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the care instructions we provide for each product, such as hand washing tumblers or washing apparel inside out in cold water. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or by not following care instructions.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including our logo, graphics, photos, and text, belongs to StampInk and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to try to access parts of the site you are not authorized to use, or to interfere with the site's operation.

11. PRIVACY
We collect and use your personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, StampInk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
